Paypal dispute, SNAD from last August

Buyer is making a claim for something I sold last August. Claiming it was SNAD, he is lying, I know you only got my word for that, you will just have to believe me or not. The item was spot on. Paypal have debited my paypal account, well there was nothing it it so it just shows minus a $113. Am not giving this guy his money back, no way, I don't give a hoot what Paypal or Ebay rule say or do. What can I do to protect myself, not bothered if I get suspended by Ebay, hell am even willing to close my paypal and Ebay accounts down, am just not going to roll over and be ripped off. I know Pro sellers say it is just a hazard you encounter when selling on Ebay and shrug there shoulders and move on, but it is like someone is just taking the mickey and laughing in my face while they take my hard earned of me.

As you say, you will probably loose your ebay and paypal accounts. You will receive a few aggressive letters from a debt collection company but, unless they take you to court, that will be about it.

Firstly I would defend the claim aggressively, phone PayPal as well as commenting in the dispute console.

If claim is found for the buyer they will have to return the item, that might even be enough to put them off.
