Sainsbury's 33mnth CC reduced to 12mnths

I used the MSE eligibility calculator to look for a long 0% balance transfer card and settled on the Sainsbury's 33month card. I was accepted but the smallprint stated that the balance transfer period was 12months. I accept (as warned by MSE) that the CC provider may change the terms, but actually they claimed that I applied for a 12month balance transfer card NOT the 33month card (even though I used the link directly out of the eligibility calculator).
Is there a fault with the MSE link or is this just more sharp practice by a CC provider?

You probably did apply for the 33 month one and they offered you the 12 month one instead.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.
ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.0
