I was quite surprised when they popped up on Dragons Den. I assumed they were already a successful business but it seems they don't make that much money, which is a shame. They were turned down by all the dragons.

I'd never heard of them before DD, but I think I'll be checking them out! Such low profit margins but great idea!Every act of kindness, no matter how small, isn’t wasted ❤️

I love AP but haven't ordered for a while due to lack of storage to put stuff. Fully intend to order once we move house as there will be more space so it will make it more worthwhile.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

What puts me off buying from them is that i dont ever see foods that i like or eat, just lots of crisps, chocolate and sweet stuff.
Happy to be proved wrong though.0 -

I do think it works best if you want packet or tinned foods. I have found some great bargains for cake mixes( best cakes I have ever made and low fat!), dried fruit, cereal bars, other lunch box type things. Great for spices. sauces and lots of things for baking. I'm still using up bread flour, jam and pickles which I got for pennies last summer.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

WantToBeSE I totally agree every time I look all I see is a pile of sugar and chemicals not real food. I would probably buy crisps now and then for my so but I can get them much cheaper from Ald! He actually prefers their crisps to any of the well known makes.
Far from saving money I think I would waste money on things we do not use and never have.0 -
I used to order from them, but then the postage rate changed and they classed us as living in the highlands(we live no where near)so it wasn't worth ordering from them.Thankfully a Home Bargains opened near by and they sell stuff cheaper than approved foods.0

They used to have bargain prices however the last few times I have looked I would not really have saved enough to justify the postage costs.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0
