    Certificates have been presented, and we've exchanged. Completion is next week. Even got a quick look at the place - it's filthy but as on the plans.

    Were you able to check the areas that the inspection would have covered to see if there is any making good etc that you may need to undertake?

    If not, nows the time - especially as he no longer lives there so not an inconvenience to him.
