Halifax clarity card

Does anyone know if the Halifax Clarity Card has a Zero balance please? I have one of these and am about to run out of Zero % on a Santander card and I still owe £700. When I go on the Halifax site there are so many cards it is confusing. Preferably without a fee.

No zero rate transfers or cash advances on the Clarity card. You have to pay the standard rate (12.9%, 17.9% or 21.9%).0
