He was negligent and incompetent whilst carrying a complete re-roofing; he damaged our property. He promised to return fix the damages caused by him. After subsequently failing again and again to keep his appointments it became clear he had no intention of returning.
No guarantees were given for work carried out. Considering his failures to return even if a guarantee was given it would be virtually useless.
Even if so called professionals are on websites or members of an organisations, this do not mean they or such organisations can be trusted to act in the best interests of the public.
