Are they all the same comps then as they seems to have the same comps and the same winners lists. I can see a few comps on there which I've entered on other click to win sites?

All the entries from every site a competition is featured on are pooled and a winner or winners are randomly selected.
Winners lists are shown on every site a competition was featured on and not just the site a winning entry was made through.

This one is on over 50 sites

You are allowed to enter once a day on every site a competition is listed on, so if the same competition is on 50 sites you can enter 50 times a day.
