Advice please
Received a penalty notification for parking in a restricted area on a private car park run by excel. On the original notification the registration details were incorrect and we sent an appeal in on the basis of that and that there were no signs to say where's the restricted areas were. Have now been informed that the fine is now £100 and if we don't pay we will be referred to a debt collecting agency and incur further charges can they do this very worried thank you for any advise

Yup - get yourself into the Parking Tickets sub forum and read the Newbies Sticky carefully.
All the most current ways to see-off a private parking company are outlined there.
Post your own thread (if this one isn't moved) in that forum for further help once you have the bones of a challenge together - they will help you get the wording/appeal points straight.

Please, stop calling it a 'fine' - it isn't!!"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
