This just made me laugh. I was buying shower gel last week for our trip and had a sniff at a different one but squeezed at the same time and it went up my nose. Luckily I don't think anyone saw it lol.

Your spends are staying low so that's a good achievement. Need to keep mine as low as possible for the rest of the month now. Payday was Friday and I don't get paid now until just after Christmas.

  • 89p milk, 1.57p Crisp and Croissants so today's grand total is £2.56p - although one is brunch for me tomorrow.

Need to Travel tomorrow so that will cost :( and be a spendy day. In hotels for the most part of this week and next. I really should start collecting those sachets and free toiletries - I maybe am a bit too worried they will think I stole them ..lol

They are costed in so I ALWAYS nab them. I have a basket a little basket of treats for when people stay with me and I put those in there, or I use them in my travel bag when I travel. :)

I am glad work have given you leave to make memories and enjoy a precious Christmas. Sometimes these things make us reflect on our work-life balance a bit I think. :)

P.S. I agree re: travel toiletries. They also come in handy when going on mini breaks/ airbnbs as they are cabin bag sized and you never know whether some of these places will provide anything :)
