Got one of these today for not parking in a designated bay. No markings in the other areas to dissuade you from parking - I genuinely didn't understand. Several of us got them at the same time...

Pls could someone confirm which direction the flow chart should take me? I presume Gemini is a small private company and hence I should appeal now. But not entirely sure.

I would greatly appreciate some help with a ticket i received at the weekend. same situation. i even paid for the parking.. then arrived at my car to find a ticket.
