Terms and Conditions

Open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone connected with the administration of this promotion.
The promotion shall commence on the 30th of January 2015 at 00:01 (GMT/BST) until 23:59 of the 6th of March (GMT/BST)] (the “Promotional Period”). All entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the prize draw.
To enter the prize draw all entrants must complete a survey entry form together with their personal details by visiting MalibuRumSurvey.com No purchase necessary.
No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or entries not in accordance with the rules.
Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. Entrants can enter the survey more than once but their additional entries will not be included.
There will be 51 prizes offered in the draw. The 1 top prize will consist of 1 Malibu picnic hamper including: 1 x 70 cl Malibu, 1 x 70cl Malibu Passion Fruit, 1 x 1L Malibu Black, 2 x coconut cups, 2 x pineapple cups, 1 x cotton Malibu branded bag, 2 x 70cl Funkin Pina Colada Mix, 12 x Malibu cans. The 50 runner up prizes include 1 x 1L Malibu Black. As the Malibu black is a duty free exclusive the plastic wrap around the bottle with be cut in order to apply the duty stamp. No person may win more than one prize in total in this promotion, regardless of the number of entries submitted. No cash alternative is available.
The prize will take place under independent supervision. The first entry drawn at random from all valid entries received shall win the top prize then the following 50 drawn will win the runner up prizes.
Each winner will be notified via email within 28 days of the relevant draw, and asked to claim their prize. Prizes remaining unclaimed 28 days after the winner is notified will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner determined in accordance with these rules. The decision of the independent adjudicator is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
If entrants have any questions or complaints regarding this promotion please email the promoter at malibu.UK@dentsuaegis.com between Monday and Friday from 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.

Hi Verksies - it's quite easy, all you need to remember is that each of the date and month need to be 2 digits each.

The forum indexes the posts in date order like this (for the months)
