I am about to book a hotel direct on the Rui website as so much cheaper than with T/Operator, although slightly apprehensive as read many people have been overbooked. Anyone had good experiences, and also does anyone know of any promotional/discount codes as their is a box on the booking form, thank you

I have used them a number of times, through their special offers. I have not had any problems with them. Not many offers on at the moment but usually have great BB & EM deals off season.

Yes completely agree...fantastic group of hotels and booking direct you do get some really good offers. Also have you looked at the Thomsons site in the hotel only section? they can sometimes be cheaper than direct.

The Grand Palace isnt as nice as the Riu Palace Meloneras staying in one of the Villa rooms this hotel was much nicer than both the Grand and the Palace MaspalomasIf you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel0 -
Definately agree by what I have seen/read this afternoon - the Grand Palace looks a bit of a jumble - what are those huts on the beach !!!
I have looked at the Rui in Meloneras as the villas are what I have in mind - although they are booked for my remainding dates in August - will defo try this at a later date, looks lovely. Have always gone to the Princess Tabaiba Maspalomas and although vast, had fab times but the prices have been reduced over the last year or so and hence attracting a different type o clientele if you get my drift.
Have booked the Rui Atlantico so the kids can enjoy the beach, and we don't plan to do much more just read, eat, drink :rolleyes:0
