changing my car finance!!

I have a car on finance , it runs over 5 years I am around 10 months in to the contract.
I am wanting to change my car to a lease electric car.
Does anybody know how I could go around this and what I would do with my current car, I have never missed a payment etc and could afford at this moment in time to pay an extra 500 pound to reduce the amount left to pay thanks? :money:

Something tells me it's going to cost you a lot more than £500 to change, the interest on the finance is increasing and the value of the asset is decreasing.

yes I am more than aware of that but I'm saying it would reduce the term as I'm sure the further through your term you are the more chance there is you can change it

Have you read your contract ?

Contact them tomorrow and ask if yoiu can do what your thinking.
