Hi, In November last year was invited by Optical Express to attend an appointment to see if I was suitable for lens replacement. I paid a £500 deposit with a 28 working day refund if not suitable for treatment. They wanted me to go for a second opinion and referred me to a optical consultant for a further assessment. This cost me £220. He decided after a long and lengthy appoint I was unsuitable for treatment and copied myself and GP into the letter explaining why. I am still awaiting return of my initial deposit and have called into Optical Express many times. Each time they ring head office and then tell me someone will contact me regarding refund. Short of going back and kicking up a noise can anyone advise. Thank you.
