Car finance

My credit rating is 939 and I'm not sure if my rating is good enough to be accepted for car finance.
I don't want to apply until I'm pretty sure I get accepted. As i know it goes against me if I apply and get turned down
Can anyone help?
Ill tell you right now your rating of 939 isn't worth squat.0 -
The number means nothing. What matters is your credit history. Have you ever had a credit card? Used it? Paid it in full every month? Missed a payment? Had a payday loan? Defaulted?
There are lots and lots of different factors.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.
ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.0 -

since the sole purpose of a good credit record is to use it, being afraid to use it rather negates the whole point.0 -

I have a credit card now, I've had it 6months and never missed a payment on it. I pay it in full every month.
But I've missed payments on other things although the last one was over a year ago0 -

Apply and see if you get accepted or not.

Make sure you have a good credit history, that's what matters.

All the best."Facism arrives as your friend. It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you...
