    I actually watched it today!! It is so upsetting for her.
    If he had spoken to a solicitor today do you think he would have been advised to email her or has he taken that upon himself??

    If he had seen a solicitor, the solicitor would have charged him £25 to send a letter

    If he had taken advice from someone else who knew what they were talking about, they would have advised him to send a letter before court claim.

    The fact that he is sending texts and emails probably means that he hasn't a clue what he is doing.

    The claim (if it ever comes ) should be good for a laugh - please post it here.
