Given the Appellant’s refusal to name the driver I am inferring they are the driver and PoFA is no longer relevant.
They might have trouble proving that in court Also with this
5. In this appeal the onus is on the Appellant to prove their claims. The Operator does not have to prove anything.
My advice now would be to ignore totally all further correspondence concerning this matter, from the PPC, debt collectors and solicitors, but keep all the paperwork.
If they were unwise enough to take you to court they would struggle to prove that you were the driver.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
