Hi. I have a lloyds bank gold account that give me travel insurance.
It's says that the travel insurance includes your partner. What exactly do they mean by partner. Would my girlfriend who I'm living with me included on this or by partner do they mean married?

If you logon to your gold account there is a list of tabs across the top including Statements, Payments, Direct Debits etc. Select Account Benefits and then, within Axa Travel Insurance, the link into ava travel insurance.
In there you will find full details of your cover and make amendments including adding your partners name, medical conditions etc. There is a lot to read, with plenty of exclusions and conditions, but I eventually discovered that she could be covered within my policy and she is now named within it. No, we are not married but are living at the same address.
I'm in the same situation as you but only after going onto this site did I find that there was an option to register my partner. It is important that you do this to avoid any problems should you have to claim.
You should be aware that she will only be covered when you are travelling together. My partner occasionally goes abroad with friends but without me. In these situations she has to get separate cover.
Hope this helps.0
