It is not flexible. It's just a normal return from London to Austin Texas with BA. I'm thinking of changing to first class though, maybe that comes with flexible?
I planned on shopping around for insurance and just buying it anytime I find one that suits me. I only looked at single trip cover for the duration of the trip. If I went to a travel agent would this be any easier? Paying them to sort out my insurance + flights?
Sidenote I guess but I have surgery soon and so this needs to be completed before I can buy insurance

Don't think BA have First Class to Austin, they use 787s (their 787s don't have first) Business is the highest.
Even in Business (or First) you can select Lowest Cost or Flexible. The difference in price will be high! EDIT, I just did a mock booking flying Business to Austin, on Lowest Cost the total return was £2,914 and Flexible was £8,677. Economy Lowest Cost was £1,008......0 -

@ Peachy, No I don't have flights yet but I can't really book until I know how my surgery goes. I doubt prices will change much between now and ~3 months from now.0 -
As a frequent flyer, they can change quite a bit between now and then, I'm afraid, it depends on demand.Thanks Dave I didnt know that, I guess business without flexible would be fine.

I've seen seats start at around £76 one way (Easyjet Gatwick to Moscow, if you're wondering
