ideal Home tickets ( whats happened ? )

Hi i took advantage of the free ideal home ticket deal on Friday , pretty much at 2:31pm , however when i have checked my email there is no confirmation of my order.. ive tried to sign into seetickets but there is no record of my account despite that i have used them on many occasions for gigs etc....
I definitely got an onscreen confirmation, so do you guys think i am going to receive any tickets ?

That is because I believe it closed at 11.59 or thereabouts on 6/2/15.

No it opened at 2:30pm and i ordered withing a minute...

but i think i have sorted it now, as i found an offer from someone else applied for that in order to get into the booking area , and from there was able to use the retrieve order option. and then asked for a resend of the email .... nightmare.... but hopefully sorted..
