Hello All,
Has anyone else had the problem when going through a transfer with MSE Energy Saving club that the eform won't accept a sort code or account number…?
I've tried over a few days, everything else is fine, just won't accept my six digit sort code or my 8 digit account number for the direct debit part of the transfer process.
Both are for a UK bank, both are obviously correct and there is no assistance function hence why I thought to try on here.
Can anyone shed any light on this…?

Not specifically CEC but you can get problems like this because of browser settings. For example, a Firefox add-on called NoScript can cause this if cross-site scripting is used in the application process.Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.0

Its not browser related unless it plays up on Safari, does anyone know of an MSE email support so I could put the question to them…?0
