    I Parked my car and waited for my wife in ub8 1ld got PCN through post from park direct .Im not that clued up on how to go about popla appeal.Any help from any one grateful.

    sorry to have to say this but if you can not navigate the forum on your phone then you must try via a PC / Laptop / Tablet

    Glad you won your appeal to popla.I parked car waited for my wife.in Uxbridge.Got ticket from park direct .I didn't take notice of signs. Man with mobile secretly taking photos I saw while waiting.must have been there about 15mins.Is there hope for a popla appeal do you think.Any help greatly appreciated.Thanks

    I also got ticket in Uxbridge from park direct .I stayed 15mins waiting for my wife .I didnt take much notice of the signs.Appealed to park direct..Got refused appeal .Now have 2 days to pay £60 or will have to pay them £100 .Is it wise to appeal to popla and if I loose end up paying £100.I am very upset about this whole matter.I keep switching between paying them and appealing to popla.I need advice fast ANYONE HEEEELP.

    Calm down. Post on your own thread.

    Yes it is very wise to submit a POPLA appeal using all of the points given to you by Umkomaas. It won't cost you £60 or £100 because you will win with the correct appeal.

    Draft an appeal and post it on your own thread for the experts to critique.

    You "argue" your case on legalities not mitigating circumstances.

    Just got letter today.19.8.2015 from popla ruling against the operator ( park direct )the little crooks.They never supplied popla with any evidence.So the ruling was in my favour.They are little scammers.With the help of youself and newbies thread they chickened out.Thanks mate.
