Problem with PayPal pay after delivery

Not sure where to post this, but I have problem with PayPal pay after delivery option and am not getting much joy from customer services.

I've always had PAD as my preferred payment option and have always been meticulous with payments. However, last month due to an oversight on my part I went overdrawn by a small amount and the pay after delivery payment was rejected... as soon as I realised what had happened I paid funds into my account straight away, but since then pay after delivery is no longer available to me on Ebay...

I am guessing this is due to the rejected payment and the PAD feature has now been removed because I'm seen as a potential 'risk' in terms of payments. Anybody else experienced this or can shed some light on the matter. Like I say I have had no joy from PayPal who simply give me a general response which is so frustrating. The most annoying thing being that the running of my account has been excellent before this... :mad:
