You may be better off asking on the UK holiday board, I think Yorkshire is still part of the UK.
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -

Only because they haven't found a way of declaring UDI yet, with Sir Geoff as El Presidente!
There are bound to be places offering serviced apartments, but they are likely to be aimed at business people with their employer footing the bill, so not cheap. Holiday lets might be cheaper, although Leeds isn't really a prime holiday destination.
A quick search found some examples, such as this one.

i would like to visit the yorkshire dales sometime during my stay, but obviously i don't want to rent in the dales, more in the city if possible.0

@ agrinnall wow one of those apartments are £370 a week. i was hoping for somewhere a lot cheaper. do you think i am unlikely to find anywhere cheaper than that? i suppose it is the UK so it's always going to be expensive. i am not surprised people prefer to go abroad - i could go to abroad for a week for that price lol0

Doesn't sound that expensive to me, £370 a week is £53 a day, it is presumably big enough for at least 2 people (£26.50 pppd) and maybe more (4 would be (£13.25 pppd).0

Booking a hotel room and planning where to eat at mealtimes until the idea of serviced apartments came to light. Self catering apartments provide the perfect solution to the problems business and leisure travellers’ face when residing away from home.0
