Advice / help neede for Small Claims Court claim / counterclaim

I've left it out of my defence at this stage, will use it if and when he decides to try to take my partner to court.


.....or of course if he mentions it himself, or provides a copy of it in his own documents - wouldn't that be good lol.

Well my defence to the counterclaim has been served and filed, will post here as soon as I have some news.

Thank you again to everyone who has helped and contributed, you guys really have been a help to me and I genuinely don't know what I'd have done without the advice I've received on here.
