TSB paperless option changed back?

I know TSB changed their criteria for interest on their classic + account on 31st January, I was already set to receive everything paperless however when I didn't get the interest paid this month I logged in only to find I was apparently not set up for paper correspondence. I don't know how or why because I checked a couple of times when they sent letters about it.
Did anybody also experience this?
