British Gas - promised Amazon voucher
I fixed my tariff with British Gas (I have been with them for a long time and for my usage switching would save me pennies). They are promising a £50.00 Amazon voucher within 28 days of switching. Surprise surprise it has not arrived. When contacted there has been a delay, shame British Gas did not email their customers to advise them of this
No Matter what you do there will be critics.
