Im booking a holiday for Turkey in July and have came across icelolly.com where the prices are very very competitive, as normally flying from northern ireland in July is expensive. Has anyone used them? Would it be safe to book though them? Thank you.

You don't actually make the booking through icelolly, they are only a website that allows travel agents to advertise deals much in the same way autotrader does for cars.
99% of the deals advertised are basic flight and hotel deals that you can book yourself direct. Personally I'd avoid them and book direct.
Edit
Expect the price to increase when you add baggage, transfers, in flight meals etc etc etc0 -

I agree with Konky......personally I wouldn't book through them, sounds like way too much legwork, especially when something goes wrong.
Competitive compared to who?
Have you tried pricing it up yourself?0 -
