Hi, I have had a NatWest credit card for 20 years and have not used it for many years but have kept it 'just in case'. Does this affect my credit rating? Is it ok to keep it in case I might need it in the future or is it best to cancel it? Thanks in advance.

If it's your only credit card, keep it open.
You will improve your credit rating by actually using the account (each month would be best, and repaying in full).0 -
Use it for Fuel & food shopping the then pay it off staight away, so it stays active which will build you credit score.Debt free after 10 year:)0
