All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, February 22, 2015. 5. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Shaun the Sheep Best Western Prize Draw Winner, Telegraph Create, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT within one month after the closing date of the prize draw.
6. The Promoter will contact the winner by telephone within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s and/or Studiocanal’s control, the Promoter and Studiocanal reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
8. One winning entrant will win two nights accommodation for a family of four (two adults and two children up to the age of 12 years) in a family room at a participating Best Western Hotel of the winner’s choice. The prize includes breakfast on both mornings; and dinner on one night, with one bottle of wine. Best Western Hotels offering family rooms can be found at www.bestwestern.co.uk or by calling 0844 387 6460.
9. The prize does not include travel to or from the winner’s choice of hotel, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned.
10. The prize is valid from April 1, 2015 and must be taken by March 31, 2016. All elements of the prize must be taken together and are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
12. Saving where entrants have given permission to be contacted by Studiocanal Limited for marketing purposes, personal information about entrants will only be shared with the Promoter’s competition partners and with the Promoter’s agents to the extent necessary to manage such entry and participation as an entrant or, where required, to a legal or regulatory body.
13. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and/or Studiocanal Limited. Accordingly the Promoter and/or Studiocanal Limited may at its absolute discretion vary, amend or cancel the promotion without notice and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter and/or Studiocanal Limited as a result thereof. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants by the Promoter as soon as possible.
