    I've been Money Tipped!
I havent received any survey invites for good few months, and like you, used to get regular e mails in the past. The problem might be the fact that you ignored a few invites and they might have blocked your account, I think you need to respond to a certain minimum amount of survey invites to for your account to stay active.

That is a lot of work for £50 not worthy ...

She wasn't completing surveys 6 years solid - she meant that she didn't get many survey invites.

YouGov is one of the better survey sites, it can take a while to get to the £50 - but it pays to log in every day as you could wait forever for an email.

The key to completing more surveys is to log into the actual sites (not just YouGov) everyday - you could wait forever for an email - I sometimes complete a survey a day o YouGov - though typically 3-5 per week.

I use the search bars on Inbox Pounds, Zoombucks, Swagbucks etc as a means of earning pennies while searching individual sites - if there is no survey available at least you will earn something searching and better than Google getting it all for free.

Back to YouGov - the longer you are with them the more surveys you get offered - well thats what I found, they occasionally ask you to take part in focus groups.:)

The longer you're with them? That's what you'd assume - but I've been with them since 2006/2007 (?) but they suddenly stopped inviting me. Loads of people are describing the same thing on one of the links I put above. You'd THINK they'd want to reward longtime members but it seems to be the other way around.

It's worth emailing them. I had a problem a while back - no surveys for ages. Seems I'd answered questions incorrectly about my age and gender - as if ! - so my account had been suspended. No "warning" mails from them, I had to ask them. They were unable to produce any evidence of my alleged "incorrect answers", but suspended my account nonetheless. And curiously, this happened when I was just a pound or so away from the payout threshold.

After much to-ing and fro-ing, me saying "I think I flipping well know what age and sex I am", they relented and reinstated my account. Took a while, but it got sorted in the end.

Looking on their Facebook page, lots of other people had the same problem. But the posts were removed within minutes of being made. Suspicious.

Me, I finally cashed out then left them. They did seem to be one of the better survey sites, albeit very slow to reach payout ( over a year ), but now I'm very suspicious of their practices.

I did email them about 1 month ago but they've not even acknowledged my message. I've also tried to request a payout (definitely entitled to £50 right now, and another £50 soon) but there's a technical glitch preventing me from this. I wonder if it's on purpose that they're in no rush trying to sort out the glitch (blank window basically).

Their customer service isn't great, at least not 'down' the food chain. If they treat their business clients the way they treat their loyal survey respondents, it's no wonder they're getting fewer and fewer surveys as companies will look elsewhere for market research.

I'm still getting an average of one survey a week from them and I just cashed out £50 with no problems.

Good for you but you'll see in the comments here that lots of people are complaining about having their accounts frozen with no explanation (unless the comments have been deleted...): https://yougov.co.uk/news/2014/11/07/welcome-new-yougov-website/
