Front teeth stick out, What is this condition called ?

What is, or are the medical term and name for the condition where your upper top teeth and jaw stick out, which goes more forward than your lower jaw? Here is a picture. whats the condition called ?

This is because she has had a functional appliance to take advantage of her pubertal growth spurt.

In other words her brace was fitted at a time she had a growth spurt so the growth of her jaws could be directed so it was not only her teeth that moved but also the relationship of her jaws.
