Thanks for reading my post, I really need some help in dealing with a complaint I have with a sideboard I ordered from Littlewoods.
It came yesterday and after checking everything seemed in order, we then spent 5 hours trying to build it.. It seems we have been sent the wrong door for one of the draws.
I e mailed Littlewoods and told them of this error and requested a replacement.
They have wrote back saying 'all items should be checked before they are assembled as per the instructions leaflet. As you have assembled the item you will need to re order to take parts required'.
What kind of answer is this?? Please can someone help me construct a email that I can send back?
Really can't believe the shoddy service when tbh the bloody parts should of been correct in the box!!
