talktalk uview freeze

Amongst all the numerous problems with TalkTalk has anyone come across this one?
Everything is basically working well, but occasionally when switching on to use the system the screen comes up frozen. The screen always seems to be the closing credits screen of a program.
Typically it's the name of the production company. I will assume for the purposes of the investigation it's the last program we watched, but that's not a certainty. The only way I can clear it is a total reboot.
We believe the last program watched was via iPlayer or equivalent. It by no means happens all the time. Anyone any ideas. Cheers

Think he means Youview and not uview.

I'm on TT and won't have it, it's like Sky and spies on your viewing habits and reports back to big brother.
