Being someone who deals with Health and Safety (stick with me on this) i come across lots of we can not do this, its not us its blah blah blah blaming it on Health and Safety Yet with my training i know as much if not more than the ones citing H&S and the one question i always ask them is Which rule specifically states you can not do this?

Now MSE Legal - Which rule specifically states you can not do this?
Please take into account newsletters which states names/area's 90%of competitions say you can request winners name then others openly publicise the name hence why google works.

personally im confused by this due to those facts, there are 3 mark fairhurst, who use my doctors surgery. if someone has your name what can they do with it? we are entering competitions where we give 95% accurate information to complete strangers. i am lost in the irony of data protection issues on a website listing winners names and sometimes towns when we sent this information freely upon entering.

I must be pretty bliddy carp at recognising names and identifying them as a name on here and a name on any comps.

For the longest time I presumed Snake and Sax were males only to find out recently that Snake is female (still unsure what Sax is :eek:)

The only names I can think of off the top of my head that I recognise on Twitter and here are Grannybiker and Toniq and that is only because they use the same names here and on Twitter.

And to be honest (and hopefully not sound rude) I don't care what folks real names/MSE names/Twitter names/Facebook names are I am more into comping than stalking.

If a list of winners names are printed on here that is exactly what they are a list of names if my name is not on the list I move on, as I am sure most others do.

i can be either depending on what the competition is for :rotfl:

and i get to know a lot of the womens names if that gives you another clue
