HSBC online banking

in Budgeting & bank accounts
Appears to be having probs at the moment.....

Dont use it often (power of attorney on mums account) and never seen probs before....but need to transfer quite a lot of money today.

Anyone know when they do have probs....do they resolve them quickly?

    It's showing as no current issues, and I've been doing banking with them online today with no issues.

    I'd try again, and if you still have no luck, call their digital support team.

    Tried twice about 15 mins ago and it said it had probs please try later,,,,,,

    I'll give it five mins and try again....

    No probs here with HSBC online banking this morning. Just made two FPs that arrived instantly.

    Seeing I had no problems with Tesco either earlier this week, and don't think the DotCommunity CU treated me unfairly, may be I should change my nick to No Probs Archi. :D

    Obviously just a short glitch...... just logged in fine and made my FP.

    BTW Archi.... I havent had any probs with Tesco online banking either....and neither have OH or son...!!

    Good to hear you got sorted, HSBC has been fine for me both yesterday and today in fact don't think I've ever had an issue with HSBC or FD access
