Hope somebody can help me here with this as I have looked on Google etc to no avail. I want to lodge a complaint about the way I have been treated but can't find a complaints procedure on their site or anywhere else.
Cheers.

I imagine you can phone the contact centre and register a complaint or write to the dep't headlining complaints to the address on any of your letters.Forums can be/are a good guide to entitlement and it is good practice to back it up with clarification from the relevant department/specialist with written confirmation to safeguard yourself.0

The contact centre is what I want to complain about but an option available is to get my MP involved so going to look into that.

A complaint can be taken over the phone, that's the usual method.0

If you can't find a route to complain through I would suggest that is a valid reason to contact your MP.0
