Bit ticked off!

So we decided to pull out of property 1 as vendor had told she may / may not be selling due to waiting for funding care for her mum. We paid solicitors, surveyors etc We waited 9 weeks - EA was great but we decided it was dragging, causing too much stress and goodness know when or if a decision would be made. We have had an offer accepted on property 2 - we made up and praying it all goes through although we will have to move home to my parents for 7 weeks as our vendor can not move out until May.
Tonight i get a property alert saying property 1 is back up for sale - am really ticked off about it - she led us a dance & kept us dangling as reserves still with no decision regarding whether she needs to sell. There is no point to this except a little rant and I am a little worried that the EA is allowing her to market knowing she us not ready to sell - if she is ready to sell why didn't they call us to say actually she has a decision, do you still want it?....I just hope no one else is strung along & spends money like we have!
RANT OVER thank you for reading :rotfl::rotfl:

Buy property 2 but feign interest in property 1; keep 'em dangling until the owner comes on here with a rant about an unreliable buyer

It's a or horrible feeling. Sometimes I feel like the vendors have been FORCED to sell by the EAs from the way they go on! Best of luck with house 2. We lost 3 houses because of people changing their minds. It is so stressful!0

It's in Pinky! Will not be moving again for a long time!
I think the rules in this country are odd, there should be a cut off point where you can no longer change your mind - as we will not relax until we are sat on a sofa in our house.
There have been so many horror stories,0 -

There have been so many horror stories,
the way it's always been implied to me is that it's the buyer who is the one who causes trouble. So in my mind as the buyer, knowing I have a DIP and the house is easily affordable as nowhere near my top limit think it's in the bag... when is actual fact the vendor is the trouble maker!!! So frustrating. Hope it works out for you and hopefully I will find another house (with an owner who does actually want to sell) soon0
