1. The competition is open to customers aged 18 years and over excluding employees of Whitby Seafoods and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To enter the competition users should correctly answer the question "On which street in Whitby is Green’s restaurant located?" and like ‘Green’s of Whitby’ and ‘Green’s Boutique Apartments’ on Facebook or follow both on twitter.
3. Only fans of Greens of Whitby and Greens Boutique Apartments will be eligible to win.
4. Only one entry per person will be eligible for the draw.
5. This competition is open to UK residents only and the prize must be dispatched to a UK postal address.
6. The winners will be chosen at random from among the qualifying entries immediately after the closing date and time.
7. The competition closes at 12:00 midday on the 15th February 2015. All entries must have been submitted before this time in order to be entered into the competition.
8. There are no cash alternatives to the prize offered.
9. The name of the winners may appear in the @whitbyseafoods Twitter feed and on other Whitby Seafoods websites and/or social channels and on social channels owned and managed by Green’s of Whitby
10. Winners will be selected by the Whitby Seafoods social media team, whose decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prize is 2 night mid-week stay at Storm Cottage in Whitby (either Mon-Tue, Tue-Wed, Wed-Thurs) and a meal voucher to the value of £75 for 2 persons. The meal must be taken at the same time as the stay and no refund will be given if not all £75 used.
12. 2 nights stay must be booked and taken before the 31 December 2015 and is subject to availability.
13. By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be legally bound by our terms and conditions. 14. The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw via Facebook. In the event that the winner has not responded within 14 days of notification then Whitby Seafoods reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.
15. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
16. Whitby Seafoods reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prize is no longer available.
17. Whitby Seafoods or its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize.
18. Whitby Seafoods or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of Whitby Seafoods or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
19. Whitby Seafoods reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or the Whitby Seafoods Facebook timeline, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions
