Hi there
I filed a non payer dispute last thursday after numerous emails to the buyer with no response and no payment.
I have gone into the ebay dispute console and the 3 items are showing as eligible for a final value credit.
What do I do now?
Do I get to leave feedback for the non payer?
Do I just relist the items again?
Please can someone advise me what to do now.
Thanks

Complete the non paying bidder dipute and you will be refunded your Final Value Fees.
You get to leave feedback for the non payer.
Relist the items or offer 'second chance' offers to those who also bid (go to the item and click on the bid history). If youi manage to sell the item(s) via a second chance offer, you do not have to pay any more listing fees, but if you have to list the item(s) again, you will have lost your listing fees.0 -
Sorry if I appear to be asking a stupid question, but how do I complete the non paying bidder dispute? What do I need to do to complete the dispute and settle it.
Thanks for your helpI say what I like, I like what I say!0 -
No askie, no tellie. If I remember correctly (and I'm sure someone will back me up on this..................anybody), you have to wait for 7 days after a dispute is filed to reclaim any monies paid. The 7 day period is there so NPB has a final chance to pay up. After that the dispute can be settled, you can stick in a second chance offer (Personally I would just relist) and you can neg the git to death. Oh and you can also block him/her from any of your further auctions.I'm back after a break :money:0

Yup, if the buyer doesn't respond within 7 days then your dispute changes from pending (white tick) to eligible (blue tick). Then you can close the dispute selecting:
"I no longer wish to communicate with or wait for the buyer
You'll get a Final Value Fee credit and the buyer will get an Unpaid Item Strike"
*sigh* I've seen too many of these

I did my first one in months yesterday but did notice it took 8 days after starting the NPB process for the tick to turn dark so I could click on it and reclaim my FVFs.
All done now though and I will be relisting my item later this afternoon. I decided not to go for the second chance offer as it has been three weeks since the auction ended.

OK have closed the dispute and have the credit put on my account. Have also left negative feedback for each item she did not buy.
Have just checked her feeback left for me and it reads:
Abusive, rude and unreliable seller. AVOID!
I am really annoyed, because I was in no way abusive at any point or rude and I am not an unreliable seller. She needed to pay before I could sell to her.
What can I do if anything about this, can I get it removed as I think that it is unfair.
Any ideas for a follow up comment I can make in response to the feedback she left me.I say what I like, I like what I say!0 -
Don't fret: you can, i believe, apply for mutual feedback removal: but you both have to agree for the neg to be removed and the comments remain.
You can follow up to the feedback though so could explain your side, like 'buyer never paid, look at their feedback' etc.
Apparently if you use ebay taiwan you get more characters so you could do a nice long follow up - however, not sure if you can do this on a follow up although i can't see why not.
Personally i'd do this - don't be held to ransom by a rubbish buyer!
I always read feedback but a few negs hasn't put me so really don't fret0
