Prepay Meter Statement says I'm in credit!!
I've had my old card prepayment elec meter changed couple of weeks ago to the new plastic key system. I've now received a statement from Scottishpower saying I'm £165.31 in CREDIT. (no further action is required)
I cannot get thru to them at the minute by phone,
does this mean they owe me that amount......... and is it easy to get that money from them?
Many Thanks

yep ours used to go into credit, they only refund on demand, they will send a cheque, my missis used to like getting 50-60 quid a year back from them, but i prefered my top ups to strech that bit longer, so we had them alter the meter so it doesnt do it any more
plastic keys doesnt sound like a new system to me? i thought that was the prerunner to the powercards?0 -
