Considering the fact that they'd taken over a leaky and poorly maintained building, it seemed a bit cheeky that the LL was demanding complete redecoration and replacement of carpets! That definitely didn't happen.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

Normally when selling a business the new buyer pays for these things, unless of course your cutting and running. If so it's worth paying just to be free of the liability.0
