Why if Talk Talk record their calls do they not get the fact that their customer service is absolutely dire. Every time you phone them to sort out something it doesn't happen. Thinking of keeping a diary and billing them for my time. Have to work up to phoning them and feel totally stressed when I do.

And they may not keep the recordings for any more than 6 months at most.
Anecdotally, the best way to get support and customer service is via the TT Members Forum. (It helps that it is publicly accessible, and it also means you get to see a written audit trail - the account details may not be in the forum, but you easily have your diary of events).0
