supersonic ads help

i completed an offer through supersonics ads and have all required emails screens shots time of dates clearly visible.. email from company confirming my participation yet they refuse to pay up on the credit offer..due to my nagging they have told me they have banned me from using their site... but my issue is not being banned but being out of pocket is there anyhelp i can get or advice of a place where i can complain to... there are many people in the same situiion if youwereto put supersonic ads not paying into the search engine... thank you for any help or suggestion
