Wife's Credit Card BT

in Credit cards
My wife and I have always conducted our financial affairs individually...... Stupid I know
A couple of months ago she confessed that she had over £10k on a well known retailers credit card.
Sat down went though all her bits and she had nearly £11k and they had just offered to raise her credit limit to £13.5k....wich is insane as she is a senior citizen on a state pension.
Leaving all that aside how to get rid of it as cheaply as possible and derive a deal of satisfaction from sticking it up em, so to speak.
Using the sites "will you get this card check" she is not likely to get any of the zero balance cards. Where as I fall into the 90% plus category on most of them.
Is there any method I can use to transfer her card debt to one that I am able to obtain
Any help would be really appreciated.......

You could BT from her card to yours (particularly online), with the exception of Santander I believe.0

Thanks for that
Just read a thread started by whiterose11, lots of advice on there.
Apologies for the title. Now I've reread it I sound a bit of a chauvinist.....Not

They say this bit I've transferred £2k from her new 123 CC to my 123 CC (on which she also has a card with me as the account holder) OK.0 -
I decided I should follow up with my experiences...it would be rude not to
I was accepted by Barclaycard 35 months 0%........they gave me a credit limit of over 8k:beer:
However your transfer limit is less than the credit limit....in my case approx £800 less
I set up a direct debit to ensure the sum of money I was transferring was paid off in 34mths
A couple of days after acceptance I carried out a balance transfer, on the internet, moving over £7k from my wife's card to my new 0% interest barclaycard:lipsrseal......I have a buddha, I rubbed his tummy.
I received two txts......the first confirming the transfer, the second asking me if it was my card I was BT'ing from.
The txt's were ignored and I rang them instead.
I asked if it was them who had txt'd me.........
The gentleman I spoke to asked me to confirm my details and then said Barclaycard fraud wished to speak to me.
Fraud dept simply wished to check it was I who had authorised the BT.
The transfer was completed the following day.
Thanks Martin Lewis and everyone on here who offered advice.
In this year alone the savings on interest are in excess of a £1500
So, the short answer to the question, Can you BT from your partners card to Barclaycard 0%? Yes you can:T0
