I was told there was a problem with something like PPI with Sentinel card cover. I have the gold cover not sure if its the only one type of cover but all cards are covered for losses or are stolen However common-sense tells me to cancel my cards before contacting Sentinel as delay means card/s in respect of online purchase could be made that doesn't need the pin number. And Sentinel will arrange new cards.



Wallet, purse or handbag is also covered up to £200. car/house/caravan keys are covered for a locksmith to gain access, and if necessary cover lock and key replacement, even if the key breaks in the lock.


If the locksmith cannot attend you can hire a car for three days if necessary. Or if the locksmith cannot access your car transportation to nearest or your choice of garage (probable limited to distance on garage choice).

So when I read of the past complaints I wonder what their level of cover was then ?. I think what I have covered is quite reasonable for the £39.95 cost. Not much per day for peace of mind. It also pays to note down your lock key numbers. I bet some are happy to spend £5 a day for fags and moan about 10.5p per day insurance cover.
