Anyone live in Lincolnshire Wolds?

As part of the 10 year masterplan I am thinking of moving and the northern Lincolnshire Wolds area seems to fit the bill well in terms of closeness to family. (Not that close luckily for them, but fairly well situated between them).
I would be looking to rent something like a farm cottage etc either in the countryside or edge of a small village. Tatty and unmodernised is fine. At the moment I live in a very isolated rural cottage (tatty and unmodernised!!) and would like to be a bit closer to civilisation now!
As soon as the weather improves (snowed in at the moment) I shall go on an exploratory adventure but wonder if anyone lives in the area and can recommend certain villages (or not)? I've looked on Rightmove but its difficult to get a feel for the areas, even using streetview, and also I think the kind of property I'm after would more likely be advertised in local papers, noticeboards etc than RM, as it would round here - word of mouth too. A National Trust, or similar, property would be good too, but there don't seem to be any in the area.
Is there a way of finding out which local papers cover the area before I go?
Thanks for any ideas.

I live in the middle of the Wolds so if you need details about specific areas, please ask. I obviously don't know all the villages
but have worked in two of them so am familiar with all the areas around those villages and have lived in various parts of the Wolds.
The type of house you're looking for would more likely be rented privately through farm estates, maybe pop a wanted ad in the paper? Or ring a few farm estates where you have decided to live and see if they have anything for you?

Shelly thank you so much, that is such useful information. I will follow up.
Where I live at the moment, there are just small hill farms - definitely not 'estates' by any stretch of the imagination! I think in Lincs farming is a bigger venture.
Can't thank you enough!

No problem, feel free to message me for any other information.
Yeah some farms here are crazily big, one farm I worked spent more on one piece of machinery that the whole years budget for a friend's farm in North Yorkshire.0
