credit card for car finance

Hi.
I currently have a car finance loan of around 3k and paying 4% interest on this with 2 years left to run. I would like to get a zero percent credit card to pay this off with then i am not paying any interest on it. However i am unsure if the credit card payment would count as a purchase or balance transfer so am unsure of which credit card to get to ensure i get the best deal for longest - a long balance transfer card or purchas please can some one help is it a purchase or transfer?

Will the finance company accept a credit card payment?

There maybe a 2% - 4% transfer fee anyway. So the saving wont be as much as you think.

It's a money transfer you want (24 months 0% interest on cash into your current account for a 1.94% fee), not a balance transfer.
