    I'd just like to point out a few things, as I worked for them.

    Firstly, there is NO 12 month contract. It sadly mentions this in the welcome pack but it hasn't been updated, this was changed around 5 months ago. If someone wishes to leave then they are not tied down at all.

    Nobody is allowed to charge for removal of meters as per OFGEM rules (can't remember the exact part, but it states a supplier or prospective supplier may not charge for removal of an ADM), but if a customer doesn't want smart meters in after installation then they would need to seek a new supplier.
