hi I ordered some travel money and it has not arrived being fobbed of all the ,they don't seem to help because was not insured, keep saying its post office .dose anyone now what my rights are.

    Your rights are to get what you paid for, if it is lost in the post it's their problem not yours. You may however have to take them to the small claims court if they will not budge.

    Where was the money ordered from ? How exactly did they send it ? What reason have they given for it not being insured ?

    (I am being charitable and assuming it's not a troll thread).

  • hi change group was the company they charge for insurance.but it was signed for so thought don't need .should have gone for next day special deliveryhanks

    In my opinion, there really is no need for you to pay extra, unless you want to receive is quickly.
    The package remains the responsibility of the sender until it is actually delivered.
